🆘 Same-Day Emergency Care

Emergency Dentist in Karachi

Suffering from severe toothache, a broken tooth, or dental swelling? We provide urgent, same-day dental pain relief in DHA Phase 5, Karachi. Don't wait — dental emergencies worsen rapidly.

What We Treat as a Dental Emergency

A dental emergency is any situation involving severe oral pain, infection risk, or structural damage that requires urgent professional attention. At Dr. Shahid Islam Dental Clinic in Tauheed Commercial, DHA Phase 5, Karachi, we prioritise emergency patients and offer same-day or next-day appointments for urgent cases.

  • 🦷
    Severe Toothache

Intense, throbbing pain that doesn't subside is typically caused by irreversible pulpitis (nerve infection) requiring root canal treatment or extraction. We eliminate the pain in a single visit.

  • 💔
    Cracked or Broken Tooth

A fractured tooth exposes the nerve and is extremely painful. Depending on severity, we restore it with a filling, crown, or if necessary, an extraction.

  • 🦠
    Dental Abscess & Facial Swelling

A dental abscess is a bacterial infection forming a pus-filled pocket around a tooth root. Facial swelling with fever is a medical emergency — the infection can spread rapidly to the jaw, neck, and beyond. Requires immediate drainage, antibiotics, and root canal treatment.

  • 👑
    Lost Crown or Filling

A lost crown or filling exposes the sensitive inner dentin of the tooth to temperature and bacteria. We replace crowns and rebuild fillings urgently to protect the tooth.

  • 🦷
    Knocked-Out Tooth

A knocked-out permanent tooth can potentially be saved if you reach us within 30-60 minutes. Store the tooth in milk or saliva (under your tongue) and come in immediately.

  • 🩸
    Uncontrolled Bleeding After Extraction

Some bleeding after a tooth extraction is normal, but persistent heavy bleeding after 30-45 minutes requires immediate attention. We apply haemostatic agents to stop the bleeding.

Mild sensitivity can sometimes resolve. But severe, persistent toothache almost never resolves without treatment. If the pain briefly stops after being very severe, it often means the nerve has died — but infection is still spreading. See a dentist immediately regardless.

Yes, a dental abscess is a serious bacterial infection. Left untreated, the infection can spread to the jaw, neck, and in severe cases, to the brain or bloodstream (sepsis). Facial swelling with fever is a medical emergency. WhatsApp us immediately.
